目的观察高原康胶囊在模拟高原低氧环境下对大鼠尿量的影响,并探讨其对肾素-血管紧张素(Ang)-醛固酮(ALD)系统的作用。方法采用模拟海拔5000 m的高原低氧环境制备大鼠急性缺氧模型。实验分6组:平原组、高原组、螺内酯组、高原康高、中、低(80、40、20 mg·kg~(-1))3个剂量组,用代谢笼法测各组大鼠24 h内的总尿量,取血测定血浆中AngⅡ和ALD含量。结果高原康胶囊组大鼠尿量均明显增多,血浆中AngⅡ和ALD的含量明显降低,与高原组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论高原康胶囊有明显的利尿作用,其机制可能与其作用于肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统有关。
Objective To observe the effect of Gaoyuankang capsule on the urine output of rats under hypoxia environment and to explore its effect on the renin - angiotensin (ALD) system. Methods Acute hypoxia model was established by altitude hypoxia environment of 5000 m above sea level. The experiment was divided into 6 groups: plain group, plateau group, spironolactone group, highland high, medium and low (80,40,20 mg · kg -1) three dose groups, Total urine output within 24 h, blood determination of plasma levels of Ang Ⅱ and ALD. Results The urine volume of rats in Gaoyuankang capsule group was significantly increased, while the contents of AngⅡ and ALD in plasma were significantly lower than those in the plateau group (P <0.05). Conclusion Gao Yuan Kang Capsule has a significant diuretic effect, and its mechanism may be related to its role in renin - angiotensin - aldosterone system.
