钢材在制造过程中经常通过不同程度的形变及相变来获得所需要的强度和韧性,以满足部件生产所必需的工艺性能和使用要求。近来人们通过控制轧制来提高钢材的性能,就是利用这一手段控制钢的组织状态,这方面的工作已有不少论文发表。本文介绍我们早期做的形变——相变复合强化的部分工作,目的是探求获得奥氏体细化品粒、析出的第二相均匀弥散、基体亚结构细化的适当工艺。
Steel in the manufacturing process often through different degrees of deformation and phase change to obtain the required strength and toughness to meet the necessary components of the production process performance and use requirements. Recently people control the rolling to improve the performance of the steel is to use this means to control the state of the organization of the steel, work has been published in many papers. This paper introduces some of the work we did early in the deformation - phase transformation composite strengthening, the purpose is to find the austenite refinement products, the second phase precipitated uniform dispersion, matrix sub-structure refinement of the appropriate process.
