在地震勘探中,对构造解释、岩性解释以及油田勘探开发阶段精细描述至关重要的断层、河道、盐丘边界等非连续性介质以及地层尖灭等地层突变介质等的非均质目标介质主要表现为丰富的绕射波信息。另外,随着油气资源需求量的不断增加,构造简单、易开采的油气藏已经远远不能满足日益增长的能源需求,勘探开发重点落在了复杂的非均质储层上。因此,绕射波对认识复杂非均质储层及其重要。
