文化领导权是一种特殊权力,以社会主义核心价值体系实现文化领导权是巩固党执政合法性的必然要求。社会主义核心价值体系能在多方面实现党的文化领导权:以社会主义核心价值体系凝集国家主流意识形态,实现党对意识形态领域的主导权;以社会主义核心价值体系提升对多样化社会思潮的引导能力,实现党对意识形态的控制和指导;以社会主义核心价值体系提高文化软实力,增强党在意识形态领域的话语权。
Cultural leadership is a kind of special power. To realize cultural leadership with the socialist core value system is a necessary requirement to consolidate the legitimacy of the party in power.
