陕西省人民政府令府财字第一七三号一九五一年八月十一日事由:为修正本省新解放区土地改革地区农业税暂行条例施行细则第一条条文希查照修正由。咸阳、渭南、宝鸡专区专员及所属各县(市)长、长安县县长:奉西北军政委员会八月一日会财政字第一六七三号通知,嘱将本省五一年七月四日府财字第一六一号令发之『陕西省新解放区土地改革地区农业税暂行条例施行细则』第一条条文,修正为:『本细则根据「新解放区农业税暂行条例』及中央人民政府政务院关于一九五一年农业税征收工作的指示,并参照本省新解放区土地改革地区农村经济实际情况制定之』。希即查照修正,并转所属修正为要。此令。主席马明方副主席张邦英张凤翙韩兆鹗
