防止油田回注水对注水系统设备腐蚀的有效手段之一是往注水中加入缓蚀剂。所添加缓蚀效果显著与否在很大程度上依赖于缓蚀剂的成膜能力。笔者在实验室中用电化学方法结合失重法对一批中性介质缓蚀剂进行评价,结果表明,以磷酸山梨醇酯(筒称PC602-4)为主要成分的缓蚀剂,能有效抑制钢铁在注水中的腐蚀,缓蚀率达85%左右。并发现经过该种缓蚀剂处理过的钢铁表面有一层致密的保护膜。为进一步探讨该种
One of the most effective ways to prevent oil field injection water from corroding water injection equipment is to add corrosion inhibitor to water injection.
