在我国的中小学界,因应特殊时代的教育条件和需要(尤其是教师队伍的特殊状态),逐渐形成了包括“听—说—评课”在内的一系列富有中国特色的提升教学质量的举措,至今仍广泛地在基础教育界发挥着作用。面对教育情境发生变化,这些措施有时不免显得因循守旧。但只要运用得当,仍然可以更好地发挥促进教师专业发展并进而提升学校整体教育质量的作用。本文以“听—说—评课”活动为例,对此略作说明。
In primary and secondary schools in our country, a series of measures with Chinese characteristics to enhance teaching quality have been gradually formed in response to the special education conditions and needs in the special times (especially the special status of teachers) , Still plays a significant role in basic education today. In the face of changes in the educational context, these measures can sometimes inevitably appear to be conservative.
