草菇栽培经过二百多年的发展,在不同地理区域,已形成了多种栽培格局,其中以室外稻草栽培较为普及.宿迁市从1982年开始引进草菇栽培技术,经十年的发展已初具规模,年转化稻草稳定在1500万公斤左右,在江苏省占居首位,但大面积生产,尚存在一些问题.笔者从1989年开始进行系统的调查,并开展了针对性的试验研究.现归纳几个问题与同行商榷.
