创建学习型组织已经成为越来越多各类各级组织的正确选择,因而,创建学习型组织的基本要求问题已经成为各类各级组织广泛关注的重要课题。本文从六个方面就创建学习型组织的基本要求进行探索分析。
The establishment of a learning organization has become the correct choice for more and more organizations at all levels. Therefore, the basic requirement for the establishment of a learning organization has become an important issue that has attracted wide attention from organizations at all levels. This article explores and analyzes the basic requirements of creating a learning organization from six aspects.
