目的通过对周口市献血者乙型肝炎病毒感染的分析,为社会开展乙型肝炎防治工作提供依据。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法对周口市无偿献血者进行乙型肝炎病毒感染的血清学调查。结果周口市35 707人次无偿献血者HBsAg阳性率为6.55%,其中男性为7.71%,女性为5.00%,HBsAg阳性率男性高于女性,以<40岁年龄段阳性率最高,HBsAg阳性合并抗-HBe、抗-HBc和HBsAg阳性合并HBeAg和抗-HBc阳性是感染的主要模式,分别占26.35%和22.50%。结论周口市社会人群乙型肝炎病毒感染水平较高,感染者大多不知情,提示人们应有自我防护意识,加强健康检查及时采取措施。
Objective To analyze the status of hepatitis B virus infection in blood donors in Zhoukou City to provide basis for prevention and control of hepatitis B in our society. Methods The serological investigation of hepatitis B virus infection in blood donors in Zhoukou City by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was performed. Results The positive rate of HBsAg in 35 707 volunteer blood donors in Zhoukou City was 6.55%, including 7.71% in males and 5.00% in females. The positive rate of HBsAg in males was higher than that in females, with the highest positive rate in <40 years old, HBsAg positive combined anti- HBe, anti-HBc and HBsAg positive with HBeAg and anti-HBc positive are the main modes of infection, accounting for 26.35% and 22.50% respectively. Conclusion The prevalence of hepatitis B virus in Zhoukou population is high, most of them are unaware of the infection, suggesting that people should have self-protection awareness and strengthen health check-ups in a timely manner.
