随着社会的发展和女性社会地位的提升,女性也进入职场成为国家的建设者和社会财富的创造者。但是,由于女性生理上和心理上的特殊性以及长期以来社会历史中建构的性别偏见与歧视,使得女性在就业过程中处于弱势状态。再加上当前生育政策调整的宏观背景影响,加剧了女性就业的难度。本文通过对以往针对女性就业参与的文献进行梳理和回顾,为提升女性就业参与寻求一条有效路径。
With the development of society and the promotion of women’s social status, women have also entered the work place to become builders of the nation and creators of social wealth. However, due to the special physical and psychological characteristics of women and the gender bias and discrimination that have long been established in society and history, women are disadvantaged in the employment process. Coupled with the current macroeconomic background of the birth adjustment policy, exacerbating the difficulty of women’s employment. This paper reviews and reviews the literature on female employment participation in the past and seeks an effective way to promote women’s employment participation.
