介绍了以振弦式压力传感器作称重传感器、工控计算机作地面主机为主设计的煤矿主井定量斗煤量称重仪的功能和应用。它结构合理,安装连线简单,直观的动态模拟装卸载工况图和产量累计等特点非常适合于煤矿应用。
This paper introduces the function and application of coal mass balance weighing machine with vibrating wire pressure sensor as weighing sensor and industrial computer as ground host. It is reasonable in structure, simple in installation and connection, intuitive and dynamic simulation of loading and unloading conditions and cumulative output characteristics are very suitable for coal mining applications.
