市场上流传着这样一种说法:“一流的企业卖标准,二流的企业卖品牌,三流的企业卖产品”。而笔者要针对安防行业提出一个颠覆性的概念:三流的企业卖产品、二流的企业卖解决方案、一流的企业卖服务。在本文中,笔者将和大家分享一个全新的安防概念,那就是安防企业发展的三个阶段:安防1.0:Products(产品)、安防2.0:Solution(解决方案)、安防3.0:Service(服务)。并通过对处于这三阶段之典型企业的分析,阐述服务的提升对企业的利润率提高和企业发展的价值。希望能够抛砖引玉,引起业内对企业发展模式的思考和讨论。
The market is circulating such a saying: “First-class business selling standards, second-rate business selling brand, third-rate business selling products ”. And I want to put forward a disruptive concept for the security industry: the third-rate business selling products, second-rate business selling solutions, first-class business selling services. In this article, I will share with you a new concept of security, that is, security business development in three stages: Security 1.0: Products, Security 2.0: Solution, Security 3.0: Service. Through the analysis of the typical enterprises in these three stages, this paper expounds the value of the improvement of the service to the improvement of the enterprise profit rate and the development of the enterprise. Hope to be able to initiate discussions and arouse the industry’s thinking and discussion on the mode of enterprise development.
