为生产低氯根荧光级氧化铕研究了草酸沉淀铕过程中温度、加料方式及沉淀产物后处理等对产品中氯根含量的影响,优选出适合生产的工艺条件,应用于生产能有效地控制产品中氯根及其他杂质的含量,得到低氯根的荧光级氧化铕产品。
To study the effect of temperature, feeding method and post-treatment of precipitated products on the content of chloride in the product during the process of europium oxide production by oxalic acid for producing low-chloride fluorescent europium oxide, the suitable conditions for the production of the product were optimized. Chlorine and other impurities in the product content, resulting in low-chloride-based fluorescent grade europium oxide products.
