介绍了新试剂N—对甲苯基—N′—(氮基对苯磺酸钠)硫脲(PMPT)和N·辛基—N′—(氨基对苯磺酸钠)硫脲(OPT)的合成。经过红外、紫外、核磁和元素分析等方法测试,确定了其组成和结构。并分别研究了新试剂与Cu(Ⅱ)的显色反应,建立了测定微量铜的新方法。方法具有灵敏度高,操作简便,显色速度快等特点。试验了四十余种常见离子对显色反应的干扰情况,表明方法具有较好的选择性。并将方法不经分离直接用于合金标样及动物肝脏中铜的测定,结果满意。
The new reagent N-p-tolyl-N ’- (sodium azobenzene sulfonate) thiourea (PMPT) and N-octyl-N’ - (sodium p-aminobenzenesulfonate) thiourea (OPT) synthesis. After infrared, ultraviolet, nuclear magnetic and elemental analysis methods to determine the composition and structure. The color reaction of the new reagent with Cu (Ⅱ) was studied respectively, and a new method for the determination of trace copper was established. The method has the characteristics of high sensitivity, easy operation and fast color rendering. Test of more than 40 kinds of common ions on the color reaction interference, indicating that the method has good selectivity. The method was directly applied to the determination of copper in the alloy standard and animal liver without separation, and the results were satisfactory.
