计算机的信心处理技术在社会各领域不断推广,目前已经深入到了各个公立医院。各个公立医院在内部大规模推广计算机的数据处理技术,现阶段几乎医院的所有管理工作都和计算机的信息管理技术有关。由信息管理系统实现所有的管理工作,这固然有很多的优点,但是也导致了一些问题,尤其是在信息化的管理当中,如财务风险扩大等。因此在计算机的信息处理技术在医院已经大规模推广应用的情况下,对财务的内部控制和对风险的防范特别重要。
