最大吸氧量是评价耐力运动员运动能力和长期训练效果的重要指标。有良好训练的耐力运动员的最大吸氧量可达80毫升/分·公斤体重以上。这一数值几乎是久坐的没有训练者的两倍。仅具中等水平最大吸氧量的耐力运动员要在高水平的竞赛中取得成功是不容易的。因此最大吸氧量是耐力运动员和他们的教练员十分关心的问题之一。但是最大吸氧量只是一种描述性的测量,只有对限制最大吸氧量的各种因素作出诊断和进行生理评价,才能为制定训练计划提供科学的依据,从而有的放矢地提高运动的有氧能力。
The maximum oxygen uptake is an important index to evaluate endurance athletes’ exercise ability and long-term training effect. Well-trained endurance athletes have a maximum oxygen uptake of 80 ml / min · kg body weight or more. This figure is almost twice as long as sedentary without trainer. Endurance athletes with only moderate levels of maximum oxygen uptake are not easy to succeed at a high level of competition. So maximum oxygen uptake is one of the issues that endurance athletes and their coaches are very concerned about. However, maximum oxygen uptake is only a descriptive measurement. Only by making a diagnosis and evaluating the physiological parameters of various factors that limit maximum oxygen uptake can we provide a scientific basis for formulating a training plan so as to improve the aerobic capacity of exercise .
