苍山大蒜是我省名产蔬菜之一,有着悠久的栽培历史,具有头大瓣少、皮薄洁白、粘辣郁香、营养丰富等特点,因而在国内外享有一定声誉。为继承和发挥苍山大蒜高产优质的优势,加速苍山大蒜生产的发展,近年来我们对苍山大蒜的生长发育和高产栽培,进行了初步研究,现将研究结果初报如下。
Cangshan garlic is one of the famous vegetables in our province, has a long history of cultivation, with less petals, thin white skin, sticky and fragrant, rich in nutrition and other characteristics, which enjoy a certain reputation at home and abroad.
