每个企业都会存在人工成本管理问题,如果解决不好将可能使企业亏损以至倒闭,所以我们必须高度重视人工成本管理,加大对人工成本控制的研究,提高工资总额增加劳动者的收入。保证企业利润目标的实现,提高企业的经济效益。严格限制无效消耗人工成本支出,最大限度降低人力资源的无效损耗努力提高员工满意度,实现企业员工“双赢”。本文阐述了企业薪酬与成本控制之间的关系,并分析了目前企业员工薪水与人工成本控制之间的矛盾,提出了解决企业员工薪酬与人工成本控制的对策。
Every enterprise will face the problem of labor cost management. If the solution is not good, it may make the enterprise lose or even collapse. Therefore, we must attach great importance to labor cost management, increase the research on labor cost control, and increase the total wage to increase the income of laborers. To ensure the realization of corporate profits target, improve the economic efficiency of enterprises. Strictly limit the ineffective consumption of labor costs, minimize the ineffective loss of human resources efforts to improve employee satisfaction, and to achieve business employees “win-win ”. This paper elaborates the relationship between corporate pay and cost control, analyzes the contradiction between current employee salary and labor cost control, and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the employee pay and labor cost control.
