近年来,宁夏彭阳县把不断培育壮大劳务产业作为强县富民的支柱产业常抓不懈,通过农村劳动力转移来促进城乡就业,推动全民创业,使人力资源优势逐步转化为经济发展优势。全县每年实现稳定转移就业5万人,劳务收入3.5亿元以上,劳务创收占农民人均纯收入的40%以上,多次被自治区、固原市委、政府评为劳务输出工作先进集体和全民创业先进集体,2010年被评为全国农村劳动力转移就业工作示范县。
