尚法理念是社会主义法治建设的精神先导,人们只有崇尚法律,才能树立起法律在人们心目中的权威地位,法律在此基础上才能高效地运行。而我国社会存在着严重的尚法理念的缺失,因此,尚法理念的树立在我国任重而道远。针对我国尚法理念缺失的严峻状况,我们应当采取相应的措施,积极培育民众的尚法理念。 The concept of Shang Fa is the spiritual guide to the construction of the socialist legal system. Only by advocating law, can people establish the authority status of law in people’s minds, on the basis of which law can run efficiently. However, there is a serious lack of the concept of Shangfa in our society. Therefore, the concept of Shangfa has a long way to go in our country. In view of the serious situation of the lack of the concept of Shangfa in our country, we should take appropriate measures to actively cultivate the concept of Shangfa of the public.
