介绍了美、法、意、荷四个国家参加的第22规划组于近期完成的北约接触扫雷系统的可行性研究的最终报告。报告分析了现役扫雷具的局限性,提出了沿底扫雷对付短索锚雷的可能性。解决方法是在扫雷具上加装由回声测深仪和高频避碰声纳控制的主动定深器。此外,为了避免被割断雷索的水雷继续威胁舰船的现象,提出了利用自导灭雷炸弹就地消灭水雷的方案。
Introduced the final report on the feasibility study of the NATO contact mine clearance system recently completed by the No. 22 Planning Section of the United States, France, Italy and the Netherlands. The report analyzes the limitations of active minesweepers and proposes the possibility of minesling along the bottom to deal with short cables. The solution is to install an active sounder controlled by an echo sounder and a high-frequency avoidance sonar on the sweeper. In addition, in order to avert the continuing threat of mines by mines severed, the proposal to use in-situ mine-clearance mines to eliminate mines was proposed.
