合成了邻苯二甲酸.邻菲咯啉合钴的配合物[Co(C8H4O4)(C12H8N2)(H2O)3].H2O,并用元素分析、红外光谱和X射线单晶衍射等手段进行了表征.结果表明,该配合物属单斜晶系,P2(1)/n空间群:a=0.757 1(2)nm,b=1.373 7(3)nm,c=2.001 5(4)nm,β=95.56(1)°,V=2.071 9(8)nm3,Mr=475.31,Dc=1.524g/cm-3,Z=4,F(000)=980,μ(MoKα)=0.879 mm-1,R1=0.034 8,wR2=0.071 1.在配合物中钴的配位数为6,具有畸变的八面体配位构型.晶体通过分子间氢键形成一维的无限链状结构.链与链之间通过芳环堆积作用构成二维超分子网络.
The complex of phthalic acid, orthophenanthroline and cobalt [Co (C8H4O4) (C12H8N2) (H2O) 3] .H2O was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The results show that the complex belongs to the monoclinic system. The space group of P2 (1) / n is a = 0.757 1 (2) nm, b = 1.373 7 (3) nm, c = 95.56 (1) °, V = 2.071 9 (8) nm3, Mr = 475.31, Dc = 1.524g / cm3, Z = 4, F000 = 980 and μ MoKα = 0.879 mm- = 0.034 8, wR2 = 0.071 1. The coordination number of cobalt in the complex is 6, which has a distorted octahedral coordination structure. The crystal forms one-dimensional infinite chain structure through intermolecular hydrogen bonding. Between the role of aromatic ring stacking two-dimensional supramolecular network.
