苏东剧变是二战之后世界历史上发生的最重要的事件之一,剧变造成了国际格局的巨大变动,给世界社会主义运动带来了重大挫折,其影响至今仍未消散。历史是一面镜子。今年是苏东剧变20周年,回顾历史,反思过去,吸取教训,对于我们今天建设中国特色社会主义以及走和平发展道路无疑有着非常重要的借鉴意义。为此,本刊特约请北京大学国际关系学院黄宗良教授、中央对外联络部肖枫和俞邃研究员、中央编译局世界所所长季正矩研究员就苏联剧变的原因、影响、教训及启示等问题进行了深入探讨。
The drastic changes in the Soviet Union and the East Europe have become one of the most important events in world history since World War II. The drastic changes have caused tremendous changes in the international pattern and have brought major setbacks to the world socialist movement. Their influence has not yet dissipated. History is a mirror. This year marks the 20th anniversary of the drastic changes in the Soviet Union and East Europe. Reviewing history, reflecting on the past and drawing lessons from it undoubtedly have a very important reference for our construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the path of peaceful development today. To this end, we specifically invite Professor Huang Zongliang from Peking University’s Institute of International Relations, Xiao Feng and Yu Su from the Central Foreign Liaison Department, and Professor Ji Zhengmin, the director of the Central Compilation and Translation Bureau, on the causes, impacts, lessons and enlightenments of the Soviet Union’s drastic changes. The issue was discussed in depth.
