我们是承担航空专业教学的实验室,培养的本科生毕业后直接服务于海军航空兵各机种的机务维修事业。前几年,我院曾先后多次组织专家、教授到部队,对毕业学员进行跟踪调查,听取部队的反映。存在的一个突出问题,就是学员在校四年,尤其是进入专业课以后,如何解决满足部队第一任职需要的问题。这就对专业课实验教学提出了一个急需解决的问题——如何提高学员的分析问题与解决问题的能力及怎样对学员的能力进行综合评估。近几年来,我们做了以下三个方面的工作,收到了较好的效果,深受部队欢迎,得到了海军首长及兄弟院校的充分肯定。 We are responsible for teaching aeronautical laboratory, undergraduate training after graduation directly serve the naval aviation maintenance of various types of aircraft maintenance business. A few years ago, our hospital has repeatedly organized experts, professors to the troops, follow-up survey of graduates, to listen to the reaction of troops. One of the outstanding problems is how to solve the problem of meeting the needs of the first term of the armed forces after the students have been in school for four years, especially after entering specialized courses. This poses an urgent problem to be solved in the experimental teaching of specialized courses - how to improve the students ’ability of analyzing and solving problems and how to make a comprehensive assessment of the students’ abilities. In recent years, we have done the following three aspects of work, received good results, were well received by the troops and were fully affirmed by the naval commanders and brotherly universities.
