企业孵化器的网络化组织模式逐渐受到区域创业实践的推崇,并出现了不同分支的理论解释,但其内在的作用机理并未达成共识。首先界定了企业孵化网络的概念并对其网络特征进行剖析,分别从宏观视角的生态环境论、网络资源论、网络结构论以及微观视角的创业者特质论、孵化器定位论、战略适应论两方面六个维度对国外近几年的研究成果进行了梳理,并就现有研究存在的不足进行了评价,对未来需要突破的领域进行了展望。
The network organization model of business incubators is gradually respected by the practice of regional entrepreneurship, and there have been theoretical explanations of different branches. However, the internal mechanism of business incubators has not reached a consensus. First of all, it defines the concept of business incubation network and analyzes its network characteristics. From the macroscopic perspectives of ecological environment, network resource theory, network structure theory and micro-perspective entrepreneurial trait theory, incubator positioning theory and strategic adaptation theory Six dimensions sort out the research results of foreign countries in recent years, and evaluate the shortcomings of the existing research, and prospect the future areas that need breakthrough.
