综述了科技期刊履行同行评议的现状及其缺陷和存在问题;通过对2002年度《自然科学进展》稿件审理结果的统计分析,发现采用作者所推荐的审稿人会明显有利于提高相应稿件的被录用的几率与发表;此外,通过对《自然科学进展》的不同学科稿件的录用与退稿情况对比分析,发现不同学科责任编辑对于稿件录用标准存在着明显差异。建议编辑不要全部采用作者推荐的审稿人评审稿件,并且在审稿单中应附注一些简略的“评审指南”。
Summarizes the status quo and defects and existing problems of sci-tech periodicals performing peer reviews; and through the statistical analysis of the results of manuscripts scrutiny in 2002 “Natural Science Progress”, it finds that using the editors recommended by the authors will obviously help to improve the content of the corresponding articles In addition, through the comparison and analysis of hiring and retiring manuscripts in different disciplines of Progress in Natural Science, it is found that there are obvious differences in the standards of hiring manuscripts between editors in different disciplines. It is recommended that editors not to use all the reviewers’ manuscripts recommended by the author, and should include some abbreviated “Guidelines for Review ” in the review draft.
