目的研究优势眼和利手在青少年不同近视程度屈光参屈中的差异,为相关研究提供依据。方法以医学验光为基础,选择43例屈光参差为1.00~2.00D和47例屈光参差≥2.00D的某视光门诊青少年屈光不正病例,利用简化的卡片法检测双眼中的优势眼,利用问诊方式判断利手。对比2组之间优势眼和利手的差异。结果 2组青少年优势眼(χ2=0.103,P=0.498)、利手分布情况差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.077,P=0.93)。结论近视性屈光参差青少年优势眼和利手在>2.00D组和1.00~2.00D组间的差异均无统计学意义。
Objective To study the differences between dominant eye and hand in refractive anisometropia of adolescents with different degree of myopia, and to provide basis for related research. Methods Based on medical optometry, 43 cases of refractive ametropia of optometrists were selected from 43 patients with refractive error of 1.00 ~ 2.00D and 47 patients with anisometropia of ≥2.00D. The dominant cardinal method was used to detect the dominant eyes in both eyes. Use the method of inquiry to judge. Compare the differences between the dominant and beneficial hands between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in the distribution of benign and malignant lesions between the two groups (χ2 = 0.103, P = 0.498) (χ2 = 0.077, P = 0.93). Conclusion Myopic anisometropia adolescents have no significant difference between the 2.00D group and the 1.00-2.00D group.
