香港中成药“京都念慈菴”蜜炼川贝枇杷膏具有几百年历史,远销世界二十多个国家和地区。京都念慈菴的研制开发和国际营销模式对内地中成药的传承创新与国际化具有深刻启示。在研制开发方面,内地应规范中药种植、培育道地药材、运用现代科技、提升药物品质、借鉴代谢组学和循证医学、确保药材安全有效,同时应转变研究理念,在传承的基础上创新;在国际营销方面,应积极进行对外文化交流,提升中医药文化国际影响力,加强国际药品注册合作,推进中成药的药品身份认证。同时,应优选一批名优品种,制定合理的国际营销策略,以港澳台市场为窗口,循序渐进地开拓国际市场。
