为富含木质素的林果资源废弃物——核桃壳全壳制备胶粘剂提供依据。利用~1H-NMR对核桃壳磨木木质素(MWL)基本特性进行研究的基础上,着重研究了碱性条件下,核桃壳MWL与甲醛在不同反应时间和反应温度下的反应能力。研究结果表明,核桃壳木质素属含有较多愈创木基结构单元和酚羟基的愈创木基一紫丁香基型(GS型)木质素,它在碱性条件下与甲醛具有较好的反应能力,且其反应能力受反应时间和反应温度的影响较大,当反应时间为1h左右、反应温度在75~95℃之间时是比较合理、可行的。
Lignin for the rich resources of the forest waste - walnut shell shell preparation of adhesives provide the basis. The basic properties of Walnut Shell Mill Lignin (MWL) were studied by ~ 1H-NMR, and the reaction ability of walnut shell MWL with formaldehyde at different reaction time and reaction temperature was studied emphatically. The results showed that the walnut shell lignin is a guaiacyl-lilac-based (GS type) lignin containing more guaiacyl structural units and phenolic hydroxyl groups, which has good affinity with formaldehyde under alkaline conditions The reaction ability is greatly affected by the reaction time and the reaction temperature. When the reaction time is about 1 h and the reaction temperature is between 75 ~ 95 ℃, it is reasonable and feasible.
