本文介绍了一种新型的压电陶瓷车削微位移机构系统,并对机构系统的最少拍控制进行了深入的研究。机构系统最少拍控制的计算机仿真结果表明,通过最少拍控制,机构系统的频响可提高一倍。
In this paper, a new type of piezoelectric ceramic turning micro-displacement mechanism system is introduced, and the least control of the mechanism system is studied in-depth. Computer system simulation results with the least control of the agency system show that the frequency response of the agency system can be doubled with the least control.
