根据中华人民共和国和比利时——卢森堡经济联盟关于发展经济、工业、科学和技术合作协定,以国家地震局副局长高文学为团长的中国代表团一行五人,于一九八五年五月十八日至三十一日对比利时和卢森堡进行了访问。 这次访问主要是同比利时和卢森堡商谈下一阶段的地震科技合作计划,并进行参观、考察。对方接待单位是比利时国民教育部、皇家天文台;卢森堡大公国文化部和地球动力学研究室。
According to the agreement between the People’s Republic of China and the Belgian-Luxembourg Economic Union on the development of economic, industrial, scientific and technological cooperation agreements, the Chinese delegation headed by Gao Wenxue, deputy director of the State Seismological Bureau, led a delegation of five people. In May 1985 From 18 to 31 January, they visited Belgium and Luxembourg. The visit was mainly to discuss the next phase of the earthquake science and technology cooperation plan with Belgium and Luxembourg and to visit and study. The host reception is the Belgian Ministry of Education, the Royal Observatory; the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and the Department of Geodynamics Laboratory.
