目的:分析总结血清MMP-9、Hs-CRP水平对急性缺血性脑卒中患者梗死体积及神经功能缺损的影响。方法:选取2010年1月-2011年6月入我院治疗急性缺血性脑卒中患者梗死的患者144例,作为观察对象,将所有患者入院后次日早晨采取静脉抽血3ml送到临床实验中心,静置一到两个小时后采用离心的方法(3000r/min),十分钟后去上层血清,放入冰箱中(-20℃),用抗体夹心免疫吸附法即ELISA测定血清MMP-9、Hs-CRP的水平。结果:1.急性缺血性脑卒中患者的MMP-9、Hs-CRP水平明显高于健康组;2.脑梗死的体积与缺血性脑卒中患者血清的MMP-9Hs-CRP水平成正相关;3.神经功能的缺损程度与MMP-9Hs-CRP水平成正比;结论:血清MMP-9Hs-CRP水平的升高跟缺血性卒中密切相关,可以互相影响促进脑卒中的发生并且可以反映急性缺血性卒中病情的严重程度。
