目的 观察早期原发性闭角型青光眼视网膜光敏感度及光阈值丢失的分布特点。方法 采用美国眼力健公司Humphrey630自动静态视野分析仪对早期慢性闭角型青光眼患者进行C30—2程序的视网膜光敏感度测定。结果 视网膜光敏度随离心度的增加而减少,上方视网膜光敏感度明显低于其他各方向,差异有显著性,颞侧视网膜的光阈值丢失多于其它各方面,差异有显著性。结论 视网膜光阈值的定量检测可以做为原发性慢性闭角型青光眼的早期诊断中更早的视功能检测方法。
Objective To observe the distribution of retinal light sensitivity and light threshold loss in early primary angle-closure glaucoma. Methods The retinal light sensitivity of C30-2 program in patients with early-angle-closure glaucoma was measured by Humphrey630 automatic static field analyzer. Results The photosensitivity of the retina decreased with the increase of the eccentricity. The photosensitivity of the retina was significantly lower than that of other directions, the difference was significant. The temporal threshold retina lost more light threshold than other aspects, the difference was significant. Conclusion Quantitative detection of retinal light threshold can be used as an early detection of visual function in the early diagnosis of primary chronic angle-closure glaucoma.
