第三讲项目技术方案的设计一、项目生产规模的确定项目生产规模,即生产能力,是指建设项目预期的年生产总量。它取决于以下几个方面:1.项目产品的市场。只有知道了项目产品有多大的市场,才能据以安排多大的生产规模。一般是根据内销和外销的市场预测来确定生产规模及产品的规格、质量和性能。也可先拟定几个可能的生产规模方案,再根据市场供需预测的结果进行选择。2.原材料与能源的供应及其它生产条件。原材料或能源供应不足或不稳定,或存在价格高昂、运输困难、运费很贵等问题,即使市场需求量很大,生产规模也只能定得比市场需求量小一些。其它如场址不能多占土地,项目建成后对环境有不利影响,协作配套
