随着中国高速铁路的迅速发展,高铁的安全形势也日益严峻.高铁作为新生事物在技术、管理、环境等各方面存在着安全风险,全面掌握高铁运营安全状况,科学地衡量高铁运营安全隐患,最大限度降低高铁运营安全风险,把好开通运营前“最后一公里”的高铁安全评估工作就显得至关重要.
