目的以一起化学毒物引起的食物中毒事件为例,建立化学性食物中毒的检测体系。方法利用高效液相色谱(1260LC)对氟乙酰胺,气相色谱(7820GC)对毒鼠强、甲胺磷、对硫磷、氯唑磷、水胺硫磷、毒死蜱、氧化乐果等项目进行检测。结果本次事件是由鼠药氟乙酰胺引起的食物中毒。结论实验室建立灵敏、特异的综合检测方法和体系,及时准确确定毒物,在突发事件中具有重要的意义。
Aim To establish a chemical food poisoning detection system by taking food poisoning caused by chemical poisons as an example. Methods High performance liquid chromatography (1260LC) was used for the detection of tetramine, parathion, parathion, chloramphenicol, chlorpyrifos, chlorpyrifos and omethoate by fluoroacetamide and gas chromatography (7820GC) . Results The incident was food poisoning caused by the rat drug fluoroacetamide. Conclusion The establishment of a sensitive and specific comprehensive testing method and system in the laboratory and timely and accurate determination of poison are of great significance in emergencies.
