本文介绍了一种成功率高的制作小鼠受精卵染色体的新方法。374个受精卵捕获了306个中期分裂相,其中有254个是适合作染色体分析的。另外,还对一部分染色体作了C-带分析。
This article describes a new method for making mouse fertilized egg chromosomes with high success rates. Of the 374 zygotes captured 306 metaphase, 254 were suitable for chromosomal analysis. In addition, a part of the chromosomes were also C-band analysis.
