对整体强化钢进行亚温淬火处理具有其它工艺所达不到的优越性。本研究表明,渗碳钢采用亚温淬火要有一定的条件,当渗碳层浅时,疲劳源通常产生在渗层过渡区,与常规淬火相比,亚温淬火会降低疲劳强度。当渗碳层深时,疲劳源产生在表面,采用亚温淬火能提高疲劳强度。因此,当渗碳层深时,采用亚温淬火处理是适宜的。
The overall strengthening of steel sub-temperature quenching with other processes beyond the reach of the superiority. This study shows that the carburizing steel with sub-temperature quenching have certain conditions, when the carburizing layer is shallow, the fatigue source usually occurs in the transition zone, compared with conventional quenching, sub-temperature quenching will reduce the fatigue strength. When the carburizing layer is deep, the fatigue source is generated on the surface, and using sub-temperature quenching can improve the fatigue strength. Therefore, when carburizing the deep, the use of sub-temperature quenching is appropriate.
