2000年的检察理论研究空前活跃，出版了一批有分量的学术著作和有深度的学术论文。研究成果主要涉及四个方面：检察权的性质、公诉问题、诉讼监督、检察改革。
The study of procuratorial theory in 2000 was unprecedented in its activity. A batch of scholarly books and in-depth scholarly dissertations were published. The research results mainly cover four aspects: the nature of procuratorial power, the issue of public prosecution, litigation supervision and prosecutorial reform.
