目的探讨提高传染病报告质量的措施与效果。方法用描述流行病学方法分析厦门市医疗机构2010年和2011年传染病报告质量调查资料。结果 2011年传染病报告质量(报告率、及时报告率、报告卡填写完整率、准确率、纸质卡与电子卡信息一致率)均较2010年有了不同程度的提高,其中报告率和及时报告率差异有统计学意义。结论通过加强考核、督导、培训等一系列措拖,医疗机构传染病报告质量明显提高,今后应继续细化及完善相关措施,继续稳固提高传染病报告质量。
Objective To explore the measures and effects of improving the quality of infectious disease reporting. Methods Descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the survey data of infectious diseases reported by medical institutions in Xiamen in 2010 and 2011. Results In 2011, the quality of reporting of infectious diseases (reporting rate, timely reporting rate, completion rate of report card completion rate, accuracy rate, consistent rate of paper card and electronic card information) all increased to some extent from 2010, of which the reporting rate and timely Reported rate difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Through a series of measures such as examination, supervision and training, the quality of infectious disease reporting in medical institutions has been significantly improved. In the future, relevant measures should continue to be refined and improved to steadily improve the quality of infectious disease reporting.
