目的:通过测量骨性Ⅲ类错牙合上下牙的萌出高度,探讨牙萌出高度对下颌平面角的影响。方法:收集30例骨性Ⅲ类错牙合畸形患者口腔锥形束CT(CBCT)的DICOM数据,利用invivo5.1软件测量下颌平面角(MP-FH角)及上颌各牙的牙冠到腭平面和下颌各牙的牙冠到下颌平面的垂直距离;采用Pearson分析上下颌各牙萌出高度与MP-FH角的相关性。结果:骨性Ⅲ类错牙合左右侧同名牙萌出高度进行配对t检验,结果显示左右侧牙齿萌出高度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);下颌第1恒磨牙,下颌第2恒磨牙到下颌平面的垂直高度与MP-FH角呈负相关(r=-0.394、-0.557,P<0.05);其余各牙到下颌平面的垂直高度与MP-FH角无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:骨性Ⅲ类错牙合下颌平面角越大,下颌磨牙高度越小。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the eruption height of the upper and lower teeth of skeletal class Ⅲ malocclusion by measuring the eruption height on the mandibular plane angle. Methods: DICOM data of 30 cases of CBCT in patients with skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion were collected. The mandibular plane angle (MP-FH angle) and the crown of the maxillary teeth were measured by invivo5.1 software. The vertical distance between the crown of the mandible and the mandibular plane of the mandible and mandibular plane; Pearson analysis of the eruption height of the upper and lower jaw teeth and MP-FH angle correlation. Results: There was no significant difference in the eruption height between the right and left sides (P> 0.05). The results showed that there was no significant difference in the eruption height between the right and left sides of mandibular group Ⅲ malocclusion (P> 0.05) The vertical height of the mandibular plane was negatively correlated with the MP-FH angle (r = -0.394, -0.557, P <0.05). The vertical height of each mandibular plane had no correlation with MP-FH angle (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The larger the mandibular plane angle is, the smaller the height of mandibular molar is.
