新时代,对于人才的评价,品德成为第一要素,而在人才的基础教育中,小学阶段的德育教育发挥基础性作用,它是保证孩子健康成长的有力措施,因此德育教育是学校教育的首位,而少先队是中国共产党创立和领导的少年儿童的群众组织,是学校德育教育不可缺少的得力助手。小学如何将德育教育工作放在实施素质教育的首位?我认为,因地制宜地开展好少先队工作起着至关重要的作用,搞好少先队工作是一项任重而道远的工作。
In the new era, morality has become the first factor in the evaluation of talents. Moral education in elementary schools plays a fundamental role in basic education of talents. It is a powerful measure to ensure the healthy growth of children. Therefore, moral education is the first place in school education , While Young Pioneers is a mass organization of children and adolescents founded and led by the Communist Party of China. It is an indispensable and effective assistant for moral education in schools. How do primary schools put moral education in the first place of carrying out quality education? In my opinion, carrying out a good pioneering work according to local conditions plays a vital role. To do well the pioneer work is a long-arduous task.
