水力旋流器在选煤工艺中主要用于分选和分级。分选用的水力旋流器又称为水介质旋流器。它的锥角比分级旋流器大,可用来分选末煤和煤泥。近年来,国内外研究工作者为了提高水力旋流器的分选效果,在改进给料方式和旋流器的结构等方面取得一定进展。分级旋流器一般用来分级或浓缩煤泥。近来英国采用小直径水力旋流器回收煤泥,还可降低煤泥中的灰分,甚至可以代替浮选。现将国内外有关改进情况简述如下。 Hydrocyclones in the coal preparation process is mainly used for sorting and grading.
