介绍了铸造合金动态应力测定仪的结构、工作原理及主要技术指标。该仪器克服了应力框切断法和盲孔法的缺点,具有输出信号大、分辨率高、重复性好等优点。用该仪器测试了铸造有色合金、铸铁等的动态应力,分析了应力的产生和发展过程,得出了高Si/C铸铁的抗弯强度高于HT150铸铁而残余应力低于HT150铸铁的结论。
The structure, working principle and main technical indexes of casting alloy dynamic stress tester are introduced. The instrument overcomes the shortcomings of the stress box cutting method and the blind hole method, with the advantages of large output signal, high resolution and good repeatability. The dynamic stress of casting nonferrous alloy and cast iron was tested by this instrument. The generation and development of stress were analyzed. The conclusion was drawn that the flexural strength of high Si / C cast iron is higher than that of HT150 cast iron and the residual stress is lower than that of HT150 cast iron.
