研究了振动能量在粗颗粒(直径大于1mm)气固流化床中的传递与耗散规律,分析了振动改善流化性能的机制,揭示了振动流化床对细粒煤的分选机理.分别对6~3mm和3~1mm粒级乌海煤样进行分选,试验结果表明:振动流化床可有效排出高灰矸石,得到低灰精煤产品,2种入选煤样的分选可能偏差E值分别为0.19~0.225和0.175~0.195,说明了振动流化床可以有效地实现细粒煤的分选.
The transmission and dissipation of vibration energy in gas-solid fluidized bed with coarse particles (diameter> 1mm) were studied. The mechanism of vibration to improve the fluidization performance was analyzed. The separation mechanism of fine coal by vibrating fluidized bed was revealed. The coal samples of 6 ~ 3mm and 3 ~ 1mm fractions were respectively sorted. The results show that the vibrating fluidized bed can discharge high-ash waste effectively and get low-ash coal products. The sorting of 2 kinds of selected coal samples may be possible The deviation E values are 0.19 ~ 0.225 and 0.175 ~ 0.195 respectively, which shows that the vibrating fluidized bed can effectively separate fine coal.
