斯金纳的强化理论体现在:为行为提供信息,影响学生的学习态度、学习动机、情绪情感,促成学生的自我强化。影响强化效果的因素有学生的积极性、主动性,教师的威信和强化物的性质。通过对斯金纳的强化原则进行进一步的实施和探究,总结出“即时正向强化”原则在教育教学中的具体应用模式,以便改变学生厌学、不自信的心理,针对普通高中学生学业水平要求进行教学以及正向的强化,达到让学生对学习充满兴趣、自信的目标,使普通高中学生完全能够掌握学业水平测试的相关知识,并提升学习的能力。
Skinner’s reinforcement theory is embodied in: providing information for behavior, affecting students’ learning attitude, learning motivation, emotion and emotion, and promoting self-strengthening of students. Affect the strengthening effect of the factors include the enthusiasm of the students, initiative, the prestige of teachers and the nature of reinforcements. Through the further implementation and exploration of Skinner’s principle of reinforcement, this paper summarizes the concrete application mode of “immediate positive reinforcement ” principle in education and teaching in order to change the psychology of students tired of learning and not confident, Academic standards require that teaching and positive reinforcement be achieved so that students are full of interest and confidence in learning so that ordinary high school students can fully grasp the academic level of test-related knowledge and enhance their ability to learn.
