For a long time, academics have always had different opinions on how to implement the humanities and social sciences and their research results. It is true that the evaluation of humanities and social sciences can not blindly take a quantitative approach rather than the natural sciences, but it can not deny the necessity and feasibility of liberal arts evaluation with the uncertainty of the standard of arts evaluation. Any discipline, whether it is natural science or humanities and social sciences, needs to be evaluated to show its existence value and development potential. At the same time, it can also serve as a basis for applying for capital input and staffing with the relevant state departments. In addition, with the rapid development of China’s economy, the position of China’s political power, science and technology power and cultural power has also been gradually established. However, the impact of China’s humanities and social sciences has not yet been recognized by the international academic community. In this regard, it is not only necessary but also feasible to implement China’s own academic system of humanities and social sciences in this regard as well as past experiences and recognition internationally The academic success or failure of the implementation of the academician system can be completely for our reference.
