本文应用高效薄层扫描法,对补骨脂的生品、炮制品(清炒、盐灸)中的有效成分补骨脂内酯、异补骨脂内酯的含量进行了测定,同时将生品与炮制品有效成分的煎出率进行了比较。结果,炮制前后成分的含量变化不大,而两种炮制品补骨脂内酯、异补骨脂内酯的煎出率均高于生品。
In this paper, high-performance thin-layer scanning method was used to determine the content of psoralen lactone and isostenolactone, which are the active components of psoralen raw material and processed products (chai sao, salt moxibustion). The comparison of the frying rate of the active ingredients of the product and the processed product was compared. As a result, the content of the components before and after processing was not changed much, and the rate of the fried products of psoralen lactone and isoflavone lactone was higher than that of raw materials.
