测定钢铁中硫的方法很多,但除了用管式燃烧炉使之成为 SO_2,再进行滴定的方法能快速测定且能获得满意结果外,其它如 BaSO_4法、氯性锌盐(或镉盐)吸收 H_2S 等法来定硫,手续又麻烦结果又不够理想。但目前各地要买到定碳仪及氧气筒是不太容易的,所以要满意地测出钢铁中的含硫量,就较成问题。为此我们将 H_2S 发生法定 S 作了改进。一、原理:铜铁中的 S,主要以 FeS、MnS 等形式存在,还原性酸可以使其成为 H_2S。
There are many methods for the determination of sulfur in steel, except that it can be rapidly measured by a tube burner and then titrated, and satisfactory results can be obtained. For example, BaSO 4 method, chlorine zinc salt (or cadmium salt) absorption H_2S and other methods to determine sulfur, procedures and troublesome results are not ideal. However, at present, it is not easy to buy carbon gauges and oxygen cylinders everywhere, so to measure the sulfur content of steel satisfactorily is a problem. To this end, we have made statutory S improvement of H2S. First, the principle: S in copper and iron, mainly in the form of FeS, MnS and other forms, reducing acid can make it H_2S.
